Consortium Research Awards

Each year, the Consortium provides funding for intramural projects related to the societal implications of problems in health, environment, and the life sciences. We have awarded close to $1.5 million since 2000. Grant opportunities will be announced in November 2019 for work during summer 2020 and academic year 2020-21. Our funding for the past few years has been to UMN graduate and professional students. Awards are provided as a stipend for research and writing and funding for research supplies, or funding for a program or colloquia for the upcoming summer and/or academic year.

Please check this website for RFP details in November 2019.
