At the 2025 Minnesota State Fair, held August 21 through September 1, Consortium Senior Administrative Director Dori Henderson won a blue ribbon! She took home first place for angel food cake (Class 1032) in the Baked Products Division of the Minnesota State Fair's Creative Activities Competition. In addition, Consortium member centers ATP-Bio and the Masonic Cancer Center held events at the fair to showcase their important research. ATP-Bio hosted "From Frost to Fun — See What Cryo Can Do!" on August 26, and the Masonic Cancer Center hosted "Goldy vs. Cancer Day" on August 22.
