Eight interdisciplinary projects that promote environmental sustainability received (collectively) $1.1M in funding from the Institute on the Environment's (IonE) 2023 Impact Goals grant program. Funded projects will focus on carbon neutrality, clean drinking water, healthy food systems, land use, and sustainability pedagogy. Projects include partnerships between several University of Minnesota colleges and campuses, governmental agencies, tribal nations, nonprofits, and the private sector.
