The Consortium is unique in the nation, tackling the societal challenges posed by biomedicine and the life sciences. Our research produces cutting-edge scholarship, offers extensive programming, awards grants to support emerging scholars, and engages the local, state, and national community. All of our work is highly interdisciplinary. The Consortium’s success would not be possible without the contributions of tremendous staff, key administrators, faculty, and students, and the leadership of Vice President for Research, Dr. Brian Herman.
