Independent news outlet Epoch Times published an article in which Lewis Gilbert of the Institute on the Environment (IonE) calls for a fundamental rethinking of how we address the effects of climate change. Lewis argues for "a policy framework that focuses more on innovation and social processes surrounding change than on regulation of carbon itself." IonE is a Consortium member center.
