Richard Sandor, PhD, is chairman and chief executive officer of Chicago Climate Exchange, Inc., a self-regulatory exchange that administers a voluntary greenhouse gas reduction and trading program for North America. Most recently, he has designed revolutionary market mechanisms for market-based environmental protection programs. In his lecture, he will discuss the development of market-based mechanisms to address global climate changes, with special emphasis on emissions trading.
