Prof. Alan Rozenshtein Joins Consortium as Affiliate Faculty Member

The Consortium is excited to welcome Prof. Alan Rozenshtein, JD, as an Affiliate Faculty Member. Prof. Rozenshtein is an expert on cyberlaw and artificial intelligence, whose research has addressed critical issues in biomedicine, including pandemic surveillance and ransomware attacks in the healthcare sector. He is an Associate Professor at the University of Minnesota Law School, a Senior Editor at Lawfare, a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, and a member of the Scholars Strategy Network. He was previously an Affiliate with Harvard’s Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society. In 2014-17, he served as an Attorney Advisor in the Office of Law and Policy in the National Security Division of the U.S. Department of Justice, focusing on cybersecurity and foreign intelligence issues.
