Masonic Cancer Center Developmental Therapeutics Initiative Improves Minnesotans' Access to Clinical Trials

Friday, July 14, 2023

Patients with advanced cancer - many with few to no standard treatment options left - are able to access novel treatments by participating in early-phase clinical trials through the Developmental Therapeutics Initiative (DTI). DTI is a partnership between the Masonic Cancer Center, M Health Fairview, and the University of Minnesota Medical School’s Divisions of Hematology, Oncology, and Transplantation and Gynecologic Oncology. DTI was established in 2021 and aims to bring hope to patients through pioneering cancer research. The DTI's clinical site is the Developmental Therapeutics Clinic, which is housed at the M Health Fairview Clinics and Surgery Center. Read more about their work on the Masonic Cancer Center website. The Masonic Cancer Center is a Consortium member center.
